Return Policy

Great American's Military Rings by G.A.A. Inc. guarantees your ring to be free from defects in workmanship or materials, and any such defects discovered upon delivery will be remedied at no charge. Our policy lasts 10 days, after the 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you no type of refund, replacement or credit issued for any purchase.
To be eligible to return your ring in case of defects in workmanship or materials, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All of our custom / personalized rings are non-returnable, exempt from being returned for exchange or refund. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for any purchases.
In case of a defects in workmanship or materials, discovered upon delivery, you have 10 days to return your ring to remedy at no charge you must complete your warranty form and return it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns: (defects in workmanship or materials)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved under the warranty, then your ring will be processed, and it will take 4 - 6 weeks to have your ring replaced.

Always include adequate identification for example, your name or account name, order number if available, etc. on the Warranty. Also include instructions as to the type of repair needed. (NOTE: Great American Military Rings by G.A.A. Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered. Upon inquiry, G.A.A. Inc. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been shipped/delivered to the address provided in the order. G.A.A. Inc. is not responsible for repairs if repair work has been done outside our factory. Repair work done outside our factory voids this warranty).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping any item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
